Shipping

Our international shipping costs are done via volumetric weight. This means that the shipping costs on items are mathematically accurate. Where possible, we have done our best to reduce shipping costs to ensure that the customer receives their order for the best price possible.

 

Cancellations

In accordance to UK distance selling laws, you are allowed to cancel your order and receive a full refund 7 days after placing it.

Returns

Before reading our return policy please be clear that as the customer “YOU MUST COVER ALL SHIPPING RETURN COST”. You can return any item within 30 days of receipt to exchange for the same item of a different size or a similar item of a different make. The item must be returned in original condition including any packaging. For example, a cricket bat must be returned along with the original box it came in and also any tags attached and must be in new condition (not used to hit any ball or other objects). 

All returns can be made to the UK warehouse. The address for this can be found in our "contact us" section on the website.

J2 shall only reimburse your return cost for a product if it is declared faulty by our Returns Department or if we have sent you an incorrect product. Please retain the receipt for returning the product.

Secure Payments

All of our online payments are done via secure services. We use SumUp and PayPal as our online gateways to receive online payments. These gateways are encrypted and secure, meaning that all sensitive and personal information is encrypted and never exposed to us or third parties. Please note that Core cricket company reserves the right to adjust retail prices as we see fit. Once quoted, the price of your order will never increase.
