We have nothing but the utmost confidence in the quality and production of our kit. However, sometimes things don't always go to plan and we want to make sure that you're covered!

Bats
The warranty is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship that may arise during normal and reasonable use of the cricket bat. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear. It also does not cover any modifications or alterations made to the bat. English Willow by nature is a soft, fibrous wood. As a natural material faced with high impact, damage after time is inevitable to a certain degree. This will be assessed on a case by case basis. As a rough guide, the warranty does not cover:

- Damage caused by the use of improper balls or materials (including bowling machine balls)

- Damage incurred from a lack of proper preparation 

-Damage to the toe and shoulders of the bat. These are the weakest points of the bat and repeated impact will inevitable cause damage.

- ​Damage due to extreme heat or moisture.

 

In the event of a warranty claim, please contact us at the provided phone number or email address. We may require proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation. If the defect is determined to be covered under warranty, we will either repair or replace the cricket bat, at our discretion.

Please note that this warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
